1:09 Jonas B. Caskey Residence
Public Deposited314 South Main; Kirksville Photos by Drake, 1893: The Clifford Henry Album (MUSDP K1)
Long-time city merchant and former City Marshal, Jonas Caskey, built this new home in the fall of 1890. His grocery store was on South Elson, just a couple of blocks away. The folks on the porch are not identified. Jonas & his wife Jennie are likely the middle aged couple in the middle; others are probably their daughters, Edna & Nellie and possibly their sons-in-law or boarders.
