I have been shifted around quite a bit lately. Since leaving the Great Lakes Station about Mar. 15, 
I have [struck through] been was at Harvard University for one month; then I was transferred to the 
Naval Rifle Range at Wakefield, Mass. for ten days, and now I am doing special work on Bumkin Island.

I generally receive the Index when it is a few weeks old, but still the news is very interesting. My
