It is with the greatest of pleasure that I try and, answer your most kind and welcome letter. Which I received some few days ago. your letter found me feeling just fine I went though

The Big drive all O.K safe and sound with out [sic] a scratch, and hope that when this comes at hand that it finds everybody at home enjoying life I should have written before now. But this is my first oppertunity [sic] to write for several weeks I have 12 or 15 letters to answer.

I dont [sic] know wheather [sic] I will get them all
