Dear Folks at Home:

Well I expect you have thought & said a lot of things because I havent wrote before now. I know how 
you feel but I cant help it. I havent had time to write. have been moveing [sic] most all the time. 
I am feeling fine cant complain. Shure [sic] have seen some beautiful country. Shure [sic] some night 
to travel in France

I shure [sic] wish I could hear from you often I dont know when I will get any mail not untill [sic] 
we get settled but I will try and write more often than I have before.

When you write tell me all about every thing [sic] back in MO. I am anxious to know what is going on.

How is Jack & Myrtle have they heard from their kid lately I would like to have

What is Vern doing now. I wouldent [sic] be surprised to hear that he is in the training camp by now.

I hope he isent [sic] & dont half [sic] to go. Well I dont think of any more to write now so I will
