107 West Washington; Kirksville Photos by Drake, 1893: The Clifford Henry Album (MUSDP K1)

When Albert Dutcher died in October 1892, Charles M. Harrington, his nephew and sales clerk, continued running his jewelry store then purchased it from the estate and reopened as Harrington Jewelers the following May. Charles and his sister Mary "Mayme" Harrington are behind the counter at right. At left, a patron has identified this man as possibly being Mr. Vansickle, who is mentioned in a November 4, 1892, Weekly Graphic ad as being the one who "will wait on you and do any repairing you may need in the jewelry line."
